Terms of Service

The operator

Dream is operated by Sebastian Bjelkemyr as a private individual in Sweden. Questions, complaints and requests can be sent to support@trydream.app.

The service

Dream provides tools for writing, organising notes and developing ideas. Guest drafts are stored in your browser. Connected account features can save and synchronise work. The features and limits shown in the service apply to the version you use; optional integrations and paid plans are available only where offered.

Dream is an early release. We may need to change features or interrupt access for maintenance or security. We will give reasonable notice of material changes or planned closure where practicable, and an opportunity to export account material. Keep copies of important work using the available download or export tools. No statement here limits obligations or remedies required by law.

Your account and choices

Use an account you are authorised to use and protect access to your Google account and devices. If you suspect someone else has accessed your Dream account, contact us promptly. If you use Dream for someone else, you must have authority to do so.

Connecting Google identifies your Dream account. Optional AI, calendar and notification connections require separate actions. Provider terms may apply to services you connect. Review AI output before relying on it or adding it to your work; it can contain mistakes.

Your work remains yours

You keep the rights you hold in the material you add to Dream. You give the operator only the permission needed to store, process, display, synchronise, back up and export that material in order to provide the service and the features you request. This does not transfer ownership of your work or grant permission to publish it.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for material you submit and for respecting other people’s privacy. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Permitted use

Use Dream lawfully. Do not upload malicious code, attempt to access another person’s account or information, bypass access controls, or deliberately disrupt the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a serious breach of these terms or a security risk. Where lawful and practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us about the restriction.

Free access and any paid plans

Visiting Dream, creating an account or connecting Google does not itself authorise a charge. If a paid plan becomes available, its price, billing period, included features, renewal and cancellation conditions, and applicable consumer information will be shown before you purchase. A payment requires a separate purchase choice.

Any paid plan is subject to applicable consumer rights, including withdrawal rights where they apply. We do not treat ordinary use, sign-in or these terms as a waiver of those rights.

Leaving and deleting

You may stop using Dream at any time. Export material you want to keep before requesting account deletion. Use the deletion control in Account where available, or contact support@trydream.app. Signing out, disconnecting Google and cancelling a paid plan are different actions from deleting account material.

Deletion of a cloud account does not remove browser drafts, downloads or exports on your devices. The Privacy Policy explains saved history, retained recovery copies and any legally required records.

Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date appears above. Material changes will be brought to your attention with reasonable notice where required; new charges or permissions require the appropriate separate choice.

Swedish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their country of habitual residence. These terms do not impose exclusive courts, compulsory arbitration or a waiver of statutory remedies. Contact support@trydream.app first if something is wrong so we can try to resolve it.
